Integrative NutritionSarah is a Certified Health Counselor and loving mother of one. She decided to become a health counselor to see if there was anything more to children’s food than macaroni and cheese. It grew into a passion and business that has taken her to the local schools to change the way children eat today. Sarah received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the AADP, a certified Spin® instructor and a certified mediator. She offers individual health and nutrition counseling to parents, families, and individuals.

I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
